Often past traumas, difficult emotion regulation, low self-esteem, impulsive behaviors, grief, or current life stressors get in the way of experiencing life to its fullest. In therapy, I provide a safe and supportive place where you can gain self-awareness to begin using skills that will build resilience and find better ways to cope with adversity.
